The book is comprised of six essays which give a pictorial analysis of the six etchings in the Helmut Federle portfolio of the same name, also published by Peter Blum Edition. All of the etchings are reproduced in full in the book. The texts, which appear in English and German, were written by the following authors: Eva Badura-Triska, Erich Franz, Dieter Koepplin, Donald Kuspit, Friedrich Meschede and Theodora Vischer, with an introduction by Peter Blum.
